QueueMetrics is a versatile, web based application providing an inbound and outbound call monitoring system, dedicated to customers based on Zito’s hosted PBX (ZPBX).  QueueMetrics provides the ability to report on call activity, divided by queue, agent, and time period.  It provides details of call activity, such as each call handled or lost, and allows playback through your browser.  Having a single pane of glass showing call activity, you’ll see calls being processed by queues and agent activity in the very moment it’s happening.
